Today's bible verse:psalms 106:1 Praise the LORD. Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love
endures forever.
As a lesson on this verse, I will break it down bit by bit to explain it then put it together. 1. Praise the Lord- How do you praise the Lord. Do you sing songs for and about him? Do you pray and actually have conversations with him? Do you read your bible? If so then good job? But today (and forever), challenge yourself to push yourself past your limits and get out of your comfort zone to praise the Lord.
2.Give thanks to the Lord- How good are you doing with thanking the Lord? we have already kind of covered the fact that you should thank the Lord but now it's time to go deeper, so in your prayers, when you pray what is it like? Do you say thank you God for this but think you wish you had that, you know, God knows what your thinking. Just this once put yourself in Gods position. You can read minds, and your best friend is thanking you about the five bucks you gave her. But when you read her mind she is thinking about how you never give her enough. You still love and forgive her but how does this make you feel? Well, that is how God feels.
3. For he is good- You may be thinking, well I know that. But why don't you show it? I mean God is really good and yet, we never show him the thanks he deserves.
4. His love endures forever- Yes, God will always love you. But does it go both ways? If you love God no matter what then show it. That means be grateful instead of negative. When you truly love one, then you do not complain, or only look for negative things in a person (not that God makes mistakes) but you look at the positive things in a person and you show you are grateful for what they do for you.
5. Praise the LORD. Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love
endures forever. This verse means that God is good and he always love you. So you should thank him and be positive of him.

Today's bible verse:Psalm 50:14 Sacrifice thank offerings to God, fulfill your vows to the Most
High,When seeing this verse what comes to mind is, people say words are stronger than actions, but in this case it isn't all that true. You can say you love God and are so thankful of him. But do you ever take the time to show it? Well one of the greatest ways to show your thankfulness is making a sacrifice. I am not saying you need to go kill an animal. What I am saying is maybe giving things up. Right now you're probably thinking how am I supposed to be thankful if I am giving things up. When I said give things up I mean for example, you're so popular and everyone adores you but your "fans" only like non Christians, one day they ask you if you you're a christian, your choices are to tell them you truly love God and most likely lose all your popularity, or dishonor God and tell them no. Think about it for a minute, What would you do? This may be a hard thing to do, but Got rewards you when your faithful to him, maybe if you admitted you're a christian, all your friends will think, hey she/he's cool, she/he is so popular, and she/he loves God maybe if I want to be more like her/him I should rethink my bad thoughts about God.
So you get my point about sacrificing things to show God your thankfulness right?

Become a November faithful Friend

Do you love God? Do you want to join a christian group this November? If so, then become a Faithful Friend.
What are the benefits of joining?
You have a chance at receiving emails for great christian websites and more, you will also be shown in a post at the end of the month that shows your name and other faithful friends.
How do I join?
It's simple, all you have to do is comment on this post.
What should I comment about?
Something like, What you think of God, what you have been doing for God, what God has done in your life, what Godly goals you have set, your testimony, etc.
Will I have to sign up again next month if I sign up this month to be on next months Faithful Friends list?
You don't have to sign up twice, unless you want to, if you sign up you will be on the list forever, unless you don't want to.
How do I quit?
On this or any other posts to be a faithful friend comment on them saying you don't want to be a faithful friend.
What are the requirements to being a faithful friend?
You must love God with all your heart, soul, and mind, you can not comment anything mean or nasty or ungodly, and you must be able to get involved for God.

Today's daily bible verse:
1CH 16:13
Now, our God, we give you thanks, and praise your glorious name.
Do you ever thank the lord? How do you thank the lord? This verse means you should thank the lord, and praise him. Tonight in your prayers instead of saying "God can I have this, or can you make this better" try to say" God, I am so grateful for everything you have given me, Thank you for this and that. Come up with things to be thankful for. Because who are we to say what God, who is the king and creator of the universe, has given us, isn't enough?
This month I will post pictures of things you see around Thanksgiving.

Today's lesson:Today is Halloween, a day meant to be very scary. On Halloween one thing we will learn about is setting a good goal for today.
Sure it is fun to dress up and get candy. Or scare your neighbors to death, but we need to remember this is not a godly holiday. So don't get to involved with celebrating demons. This Halloween try doing these goals,
say a prayer before your meal, wherever you are, prayers are great to do.
don't go and party, sure a Halloween party with inviting friends and family and bobbing for apples, dancing, and wearing your costumes is totally cool. But picture this, you go to your friends Halloween party and all the kids are smoking, getting drunk, and doing what their not supposed to do. This Halloween I encourage you to everything you do, ask yourself, would God want me to do this. This should make your Halloween closer to God. But this doesn't mean to go tell people Halloween is about God.
